- Develop and execute both offline and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Design, organise and manage various creative events such as product launches, pop-up stores, experiential marketing events and sponsorship activations.
- Manage all social media platforms, including content planning, paid media campaigns, engagement activities and performance analysis.
- Create Promotional campaigns, customer loyalty programs and brand collaborations to expand market share.
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns are rolled out effectively across multiple stores.
- Build partnership with event organisers, venues, local communities and other third parties to support event execution.
- Support the team in sourcing for new locations and venues for growth purposes.
- Conduct market research to understand the latest F&B trends, consumer preferences and identify relevant event opportunities.
- Plan and manage marketing and event budgets with focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Develop CRM strategies to retain customers and increase repeat purchases.
