- Formulate current staffing needs across various departments
- Forecast and plan for future growth and staffing requirements.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create a hiring plan
- Support employee retention initiatives by contributing to the development of growth and career progression strategies
- Assist in the creation and implementation of employee development programs
- Address and solve employee-related challenges within departments
- Work closely with department managers to resolve employee issues and improve overall team dynamics
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience (People Experience)
- Collaborate with HR, managers, and team leads to improve the working environment and culture
