• Candidates should be male or female
• Possess a minimum of one year of F&B experience (three years minimum for Head Sushi Chef, Assistant Head Sushi Chef, Head Washoku Chef, Assistant Head Teppanyaki Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Restaurant Manager roles)
• Demonstrate knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Be between 22 and 35 years of age
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
